Job summary

Orkin in Georgia is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team, delivering top-notch service and coordinating service visits. You will handle inbound calls, schedule technicians, and maintain efficient routes while keeping accuracy and integrity at the forefront.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and MS Office.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and schedules.
• Schedule technicians to minimize drive time and distance.
• Identify customer needs via active listening and questioning.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information and call outcomes.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes.
