Job summary

Paychex is seeking an on-site Customer Service professional in Baton Rouge to provide support across phone, email, and chat for Paychex products. You will follow SLA-driven processes, input data accurately, and maintain detailed records of client interactions.

The role emphasizes building basic product knowledge, using HRIS/Salesforce/Flex/ORS systems, and delivering quality service while upholding Paychex values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to work across phone, email, and chat channels.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
• Follows up on outstanding items to issue completion in compliance with established SLAs.
• Uses systems and software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
• Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of one or more Paychex products.
• Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization.
• Documents all client interactions.
