Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in person and by phone, identify needs, and recommend paint and related products. The role emphasizes accurate transactions, meeting sales goals, and maintaining clean, stocked sell areas.

You may assist with tinting, mixing, and deliveries while building strong wholesale and retail relationships. The position requires 18+ years old, valid work eligibility, a driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable conditions in assigned areas and stock shelves.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Support inventory control procedures and keep clear work order files.
