Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support retail and wholesale customers, assess needs, and recommend Sherwin-Williams products.

You will handle sales transactions, stock shelves, assist with deliveries, and maintain product knowledge while aiming to meet store sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Must be at least 18, be able to lift up to 70 lbs, and be willing to work evenings and weekends to serve customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams associates must meet performance rating or HR Cloud eLearning requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone to determine needs and present products and services.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Maintain in-stock displays and inventory control; stock shelves and set up displays.
• Support deliveries, loading/unloading, and basic transport of products.
