Job summary

Schylling Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in North Andover, MA to join our busy Customer Service Department. You will enter orders and credits, provide product information, and help resolve issues for retailers, consumers, and account representatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in customer service.
• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

• Must be able to sit for extended periods.
• Must be available to work in office at least three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and credits accurately and promptly.
• Provide information regarding products to customers.
• Resolve issues and complaints from retailers, consumers, and account representatives.
• Authorize returns of damaged or refused merchandise and process credits and returns.
• Respond to general email inquiries from the Orders Inbox and Customer Service/Info.
