Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and follow up on status and shipment activity.
• Respond to inquiries via email, Freshdesk, shared inboxes, and calls.
• Provide quotations, pricing information, and product docs.
• Prepare export docs and coordinate shipping/customs with providers.
• Maintain and update customer accounts in company systems.
• Monitor daily orders and prepare order/shipment reports.
• Support relationships with domestic distributors and customers.
