Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in customer service, sales support, or related field.
• Ability to learn platforms like HubSpot.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 is a benefit.
• Intermediate ability to operate basic computer equipment and software.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions and read customer docs.
• Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for customers, providing proactive service throughout the sales and order process.
• Understand and address customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues quickly.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote retention.
• Process customer orders and modifications in a timely and accurate manner.
• Track and manage order details, including shipping dates and product specifications.
• Communicate order status, changes, or delays to customers.
• Collaborate with Services Sales, Finance, and Operations to onboard new customers and manage projects.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure ISO9001 compliance and customer requirements.
• Follow up post-sale to gather feedback and support continuous improvement.
• Assist sales with documentation, reporting, and customer relationship tracking using CRM/ERP.
