Job summary

MDI is seeking a Customer Experience - Commercial Services representative in Minneapolis to support the onboarding of new clients and manage ongoing orders. You will collaborate with operations, sales, and finance to ensure seamless delivery and high Net Promoter Score.

Qualifications

2–5 years in customer service, sales support, or related field (manufacturing, commercial, or medical services).
Ability to learn platforms like HubSpot.
Familiarity with ISO9001 is a benefit.

Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service throughout the sales and order process.
Understand and address customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Build and maintain relationships to promote retention and loyalty.
Process customer orders and modifications accurately and promptly.
Track order details including shipping dates, quantities, and specifications.
Communicate order status changes or delays to customers.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and QA to onboard new customers and ensure ISO9001 compliance.
Use CRM/ERP systems (HubSpot) to maintain records and track opportunities.
Maintain internal documentation for pricing, orders, and communications.
