MCI is seeking Call Center Agents in Las Cruces, NM to support inbound and outbound customer service and sales projects for a wide range of clients. You will handle inquiries, assist with questions, and up-sell products and services.

This role offers strong training, ongoing development, and opportunities to move into supervision, trainer, and operations roles as you grow with our expanding CX and BPO teams.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to type 20+ words per minute.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of Windows operating system.
• Reliable with good attendance and punctuality.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.
• Research systems to find missing information; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems.
• Lead fact-finding discussions to determine best options for the customer.
• Utilize knowledge base and training to answer questions while following scripts and policies.
• Escalate issues to appropriate staff for resolution.
• Attend meetings and training to stay up-to-date on program knowledge, systems, and processes.
• Adhere to attendance and work schedule requirements.
