The ideal candidate will handle high call and email volumes with patience and strong organizational skills, contributing to smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction at our busy shop locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers and prospects in a prompt and professional manner.
• Maintain clean workspace as the first point of contact for customers.
• Effectively manage incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, routing to the right person or department.
• Provide clerical support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables and payables, enter information into accounting systems and balance month-end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
