United Furniture is hiring a Customer Service Representative to create a positive shopping experience. You will enter orders, process payments, and handle inquiries both in person and over the phone.

The role includes scheduling deliveries and maintaining accurate order status while supporting showroom displays and daily reporting. The position emphasizes strong communication and computer skills, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills required.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the system accurately and completely.
• Process payments to proper accounts.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule deliveries that are convenient for customers and in compliance with company procedures.
• Maintain open orders and communicate order status with customers.
• Complete daily reporting requirements.
• Assist with showroom displays, tagging, and maintaining a customer-friendly showroom appearance.
• Support the Office Manager with additional duties as needed.
