Job summary

HOM Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service to customers. Responsibilities include answering phones, finalizing orders, processing payments and coordinating deliveries.

The role supports Sales Consultants, handles returns and warranty paperwork, and processes small accessory sales. Strong communication and basic math skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to handle orders, payments, and deliveries efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and directing callers to the proper department.
• Finalizing orders, taking payments, and scheduling deliveries and pickups.
• Processing returns and initial warranty paperwork.
• Update customers on order status and changes.
• Support showroom Sales Consultants and process accessory sales.
• Occasional on-floor sales assistance following company methods.
