Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Billings, MT to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will interact with shoppers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, stock shelves, and ensure customer needs are met.

The role involves cross-training, collaboration with store teams, and handling checkout tasks while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor and supporting store goals.

Formación

• 6 months experience using a computer including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
