Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and maintain organized merchandise in a fast-paced home improvement store. The role supports a variety of departments and may include stocking, assisting with orders, and learning additional store areas to improve service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting/accessing/modifying information).
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
