Lowe's in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and resolve home improvement questions. You’ll listen to customers, answer questions, and keep merchandise organized in a dynamic retail setting.

This part-time role offers on-site work with benefits like education support, health options, and discounts, plus opportunities to learn across departments.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and input/output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic; ability to stand and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to perform duties that may require prolonged standing or sitting.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment when shelves are empty.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and fulfill other duties.
