Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and maintain shelves. The role may involve loading items and varying duties by department to meet customer needs.

Prioritize friendly service, accurate order processing, and teamwork across departments to deliver excellent Lowe's customer experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
