Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Missouri to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

This role offers a flexible schedule with part-time options, access to health insurance, tuition assistance, a company 401(k) match, and an associate discount. Training across departments may occur to deliver the best service.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience using a computer.
• At least 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to perform duties requiring standing/sitting for long periods.
• Minimum lift 25 lb unassisted (or >25 lb with accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment by monitoring shelves and restocking supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other departments to improve overall customer service.
• Help prepare merchandise in department (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
