Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required; bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• 0–5+ years of customer service experience in a B2B environment preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong numerical and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and confirm customer orders on receipt following standard procedures.
• Generate standard quotes within 24–48 hours with guidance as needed.
• Respond to calls and emails promptly; maintain customer records daily.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and purchasing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support item setup and assist with issues to preserve DIFOTIS.
