About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while managing inquiries, quotations, sales orders, returns, and order fulfillment support.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys building strong customer relationships while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and quotations.
• Process customer orders, sales transactions, and product returns.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order completion and delivery.
• Resolve routine customer concerns and provide prompt, professional solutions.
• Assist outside sales representatives with customer support needs.
• Support accounting and administrative functions as needed.
• Work closely with production and shipping teams to expedite orders and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
