Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to be the voice of the brand. You will handle inquiries, dispatch technicians, schedule estimates, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role requires at least a high school diploma with 1–3 years in high-volume service roles; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in a high-volume customer service role preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Must have relevant computer skills (e-mail, Microsoft applications); tablet experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
• Deal directly with customers either by phone or electronically.
• Respond to and resolve customer issue(s).
• Dispatch Technicians.
• Schedule door estimates.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, problem solving and documentation skills.
• Manage business reviews both orally and electronically via internal and external channels.
