• Previous garage door or home service experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and driving record.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every service appointment.
• Build rapport with customers and communicate repair needs, recommendations, and options.
• Present multiple repair and replacement options and confidently recommend best solutions.
• Generate and close sales opportunities through consultative selling.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair and replacement projects.
• Educate customers on garage door systems, warranties, and maintenance options.
• Ensure all work completed to customer satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Review work orders and invoices for accuracy before departing the job site.
• Collect payment for services at completion.
• Maintain a well-stocked service vehicle and inventory.
• Support branch operations as assigned by the Branch Manager.
