• Generate and close sales opportunities through consultative selling techniques.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair and replacement projects.
• Educate customers on garage door systems, products, warranties, and preventative maintenance options.
• Ensure all scheduled installation, repair, and service work is completed to the customer's satisfaction.
• Review work orders and invoices for accuracy before departing the job site.
• Collect payment for services rendered at the time of job completion.
• Maintain product knowledge and promote company offerings.
