You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, schedule service appointments, and support our field technicians to ensure top-tier customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service, strong communication, and a patient, solutions-driven attitude. CRM tools experience, especially ServiceTitan, is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in home services is a plus.
• Strong communication and active listening skills required.
• Friendly, patient, and positive under pressure; excellent time-management.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians.
• Provide empathetic, professional support and clear answers to questions.
• Maintain detailed notes in CRM and help identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to keep jobs moving smoothly and efficiently.
• Learn products and services to become a trusted expert for customers.
