Job summary

Gator Garage Doors is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the heartbeat of our customer experience in Round Rock, TX. You will answer calls, emails, and chats, schedule appointments with our technicians, provide updates, and guide customers through next steps with clarity and care.

We offer a five-day work week with rotating weekends, potential four-day weeks for the right candidate, and growth opportunities within a nationwide family of premium home-service brands.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong organization and multitasking ability.
• A calm, friendly, customer-first attitude.
• Comfort with technology (ServiceTitan experience is a plus!).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and positivity.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with our technicians for seamless service.
• Provide updates, answer questions, and guide customers through next steps.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer clear, helpful solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Spot opportunities to recommend services that genuinely help the customer.
• Learn our services inside & out—becoming a trusted expert for homeowners.
