You will handle inquiries, process service requests, enter data, and use multiple software applications including Google Workspace, Leap, DocuSign, and simPRO. Strong communication and teamwork with installers and technicians are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, especially Google applications.
• Strong communication and teamwork with installers and office staff.
• Home improvement or construction knowledge a plus; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service.
• Process new service requests.
• Order processing and data entry.
• Use various software applications, such as Google Workspace, Leap, Docusign and simPRO.
• Follow up with customers on the status of their service request.
• Provide customers with clear and accurate information about their service requests.
