Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Feasterville-Trevose, PA. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers, conduct in-home or showroom consultations, and present product options tailored to customer needs. Responsibilities include explaining features and benefits of roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and doors, preparing estimates, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing. The role involves following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and collaborating with installation and customer service teams to ensure a smooth project experience. The Sales Specialist will also participate in ongoing training, attend company meetings or events, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation and active listening, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse customer base.


• Customer Service capabilities focused on responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving throughout the sales and project lifecycle.


• Proven Sales experience, preferably in home improvement, construction, or related industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
