Job summary

Tom Adams Windows and Carpets in Bucks County is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Churchville office. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys delivering a superior customer experience.

You will handle inquiries, process service requests, enter data, and use multiple software applications including Google Workspace, Leap, DocuSign, and simPRO. Strong communication and teamwork with installers and technicians are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, especially Google applications.
• Strong communication and teamwork with installers and office staff.
• Home improvement or construction knowledge a plus; training provided.

Tom Adams Windows and Carpets is a well established Home Improvement Company seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative in our Bucks County Main Office (Churchville). The ideal candidate for this position is proficient on the computer, reliable, personable, detail oriented, and passionate about creating a great customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service
• Process new service requests
• Order Processing and data entry
• Use various software applications, such as Google Workspace, Leap, Docusign and simPRO.
• Follow up with customers on the status of their service request
• Provide customers with clear and accurate information about their service requests

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous administrative experience
• Ability to multitask and manage your time
• Proficient computer skills with an emphasis on Google Applications
• Must have good communication skills and be able to work well with Installers, Service Technicians and other office personnel
• Any home improvement or construction knowledge is a plus but training will be provided.
