Job summary

Diesel Direct Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Washington, PA to own the customer experience and handle order entry and billing. You will respond to inquiries, maintain front desk operations, and provide sales support to the team.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. A minimum of 2 years in customer service and an Associate degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within a customer service environment.
• Associate degree or related work experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Epicor P21, and a corporate CRM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish relationships and build credibility with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, front desk and customer walk-ins.
• Provide information on product, order status, and billing inquiries.
• Enter orders accurately and assist with related sales support.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation for deliveries and billing.
• Ensure quotes and orders are input promptly to meet deadlines.
