Job summary

SIXT in Honolulu is seeking a customer-focused associate to welcome customers, inspect vehicles, and process returns. You will promote SIXT services, assist with vehicle maintenance tagging, and move cars to the correct location. Flexible shifts and a dynamic, growth-oriented environment await.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Background in sales, service or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers on arrival and ensure a friendly return experience.
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage and report issues.
• Process returns and advise customers on final charges.
• Promote SIXT products and services during interactions.
• Tag vehicles for maintenance and relocate as needed.
• Work in varying weather and assist with extra tasks as needed.
