Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Sales, service or hospitality background preferred.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival and deliver a friendly, professional return experience.
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel levels and mileage; report findings as needed.
• Process return transactions accurately and explain final rental charges.
• Promote SIXT products and services where applicable to enhance the brand experience.
• Identify vehicles for maintenance and ensure they are moved to the correct location.
• Work in varying weather conditions and take on extra tasks to support business needs.
