SIXT is seeking an Operational Support Associate in Palm Springs, CA, to power rental operations with a people-first approach. You will deliver customer service, guide vehicle choices, and help maximize sales while ensuring fleet readiness and smooth rentals.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use internal systems.

Responsibilities

• You guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales.
• You support customers during the rental journey, ensuring satisfaction and collecting feedback.
• You oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness and inventory management.
• You ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform routine checks to maintain fleet presentation.
• You maintain records of inventory and customer interactions and collaborate across teams.
