Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week including day/evening shifts.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and ensure a friendly return experience.
• Inspect vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage; report issues via proper channels.
• Complete return transactions and explain final rental charges clearly.
• Promote SIXT products and services during returns to enhance the brand experience.
• Tag and move vehicles for maintenance and ensure correct location assignment.
• Adapt to various weather conditions and support business needs as required.
