Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time Service Team Member in Lee's Summit, MO. You will deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and execute a fast, accurate checkout process.

You will unload trucks, stock and set up products, and assist with planograms. You may support BOPIS/SFS processes, participate in store recovery, and be cross-trained in Custom Framing sales and production. Flexible hours include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain planograms and store recovery.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and SISO/AD set duties.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production; follow SOPs and policies.
• Contribute to shrink and safety programs and project a positive company image.
