Job summary

Michaels Branson is seeking a retail team member to delivers friendly customer service and assist customers throughout the store. You will help shoppers locate items, run the register, and participate in store recovery and merchandising tasks.

Ideal candidates will have retail or customer service experience and be comfortable with stock, BOPIS/SFS processes, and cross-training in framing services. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; perform cash handling to standards.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Engage customers in the VOC survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Restock, stock shelves, and manage planograms (POGs).
• Support merchandise recovery and store recovery to stay well merchandised and in-stock.
• Complete Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; model positive behavior for the team.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
