Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a PT Seasonal Service Team Member in Blue Springs, MO to deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store. You’ll complete truck unloads, merchandise duties, and maintain in-store recovery to uphold Brand Promises.

You will interact with customers, provide checkout experiences, and participate in omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Flexible hours include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in locating products.
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout experiences with accurate cash handling.
• Complete truck unloading and stock merchandise to maintain in-store standards.
• Engage customers with rewards programs and enroll them when appropriate.
• Support omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS as needed.
• Participate in stockroom duties, planograms, and store recovery.
• Assist with shrink, safety programs, and SOP compliance.
