Job summary

Michaels of Canada BRANSON, MO store is hiring for a team member who delivers friendly customer service, assists shoppers, and ensures a fast checkout experience. You will help customers, run registers, and participate in stocking, routing, and store recovery to keep products in stock and well merchandised.

As part of the Michaels team, you will engage customers in rewards programs and private label card enrollments while supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they're looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock conditions, and merchandise presentation.
