Michaels is seeking a Store Team Member for the KC-SHAWNEE, KS location to help customers, stock shelves, and run a smooth checkout. You’ll engage shoppers, process purchases, and participate in store operations to keep the shop well-merchandised and in stock.

Responsibilities include assisting with truck unload, planograms, BOPIS/SFS, and upholding SOPs while delivering friendly service. Benefits include a robust package and discount programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and process purchases efficiently.
• Comfort with merchandising and store operations.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain merchandise recovery and stock; complete returns and go backs
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; model positive behavior
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
