Job summary

Laundry Capital is hiring a Customer Service Associate for our Gwynn Oak laundromat. The role supports customers with laundry cards, machine operation, and purchases, while maintaining a clean, safe retail space and friendly service standards.

You'll handle the cash register, assist with product knowledge, and help ensure a positive customer experience across shifts. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, with flexible hours available.

Qualifications

• Stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Strong communication with customers and coworkers.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry cards, machine selection and operation.
• Operate cash register/point of sale system and process sales.
• Maintain neat stock levels and report inventory needs to management.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards for a safe store environment.
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
