Job summary

You will resolve questions about orders, deliveries, warranties, products, and services, coordinating with Sales, Delivery, Purchasing, Installation and Accounting teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role requires strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills, at least one year of customer service experience, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
• A professional, dependable, team-first attitude.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Welcome showroom visitors and answer customer calls and emails.
• Resolve questions about orders, deliveries, warranties, products, and services.
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Purchasing, Installation, and Accounting teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Schedule warranty and service appointments.
• Process payments, credits, and refunds.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and business systems.
• Support showroom and office operations while identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
