Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience.
Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming customer requests through Salesforce.com and Microsoft Outlook.
Oversee the customer visit process for onsite visitors.
Provide solutions to customer requests and ensure timely responses.
