AVIRE is seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales / Customer Service professional to support orders, provide quotes, and manage communications with customers. You will work within a team oriented environment to ensure high-quality service and timely order processing.

You will handle inquiries via phone and email, maintain accurate records in Salesforce, and collaborate with other departments to address customer questions and improve processes. Hybrid schedule with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Process sales orders and transactions, including changes, credits, card transactions and returns.
• Review order status reports to ensure accuracy and enable proactive outreach.
• Provide quotes to customers for requested projects.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails; maintain CRM records in Salesforce.
• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions to requests.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer questions and concerns.
