Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required; retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Strong English reading/writing and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between departments to resolve customer inquiries.
• Operate cash terminals and verify purchase prices.
• Process payments and returns according to policies.
• Assist customers with delivery-related questions.
• Identify potential security risks and report to store management.
