Job summary

BrandsMart USA is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in the United States to serve as a liaison between cash office, customer service and returns. You will handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in the best interest of both the store and the customer, communicating with store personnel and management to resolve issues.

The role requires clear English communication, basic math for repairs/parts costs, and the ability to document transactions and transfers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or substitutable by experience.
• No prior experience required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• English reading and writing fluency to communicate with customers and read invoices.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between departments including cash office, customer service and returns.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in the best interest of BrandsMart USA and customers.
• Communicate with store personnel, buyers and management to resolve issues.
• Cashier duties: operate cash terminals and verify purchase price, process payments.
• Assist with returns and follow BrandsMart USA return policies.
• Document transfers and coordinate with service center as needed.
