Job summary

BrandsMart USA is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to act as a liaison between the cash office, customer service and returns, handling inquiries and delivering solutions in the best interest of both BrandsMart USA and customers.

The CER will communicate with multiple departments, buyers and store personnel to resolve issues, and will perform cashier tasks, returns handling and customer service duties across the store network.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; retail/customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and write fluently in English to communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash terminals and verify purchase price.
• Process payments and maintain cash office.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, courteous solutions.
• Assist with delivery-related inquiries and document processes as needed.
