Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in the best interest of BrandsMart USA and the customer.
• Operate cash terminals and verify purchase prices; process payments accurately.
• Maintain cash office areas clean and organized.
• Identify and communicate potential security risks (theft, shoplifting) to store management.
• Assist customers with returns and exchanges following store policies.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve customer questions quickly and courteously.
