Katella Ave., Anaheim, CA 92802, with a full-time schedule and a starting rate of $19.50 per hour plus potential bonuses. The position requires excellent customer service, sales aptitude, and the ability to communicate rental terms clearly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Open availability to work 40 hours/week including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and services to customers.
• Offer optional protection products and upgrades to meet customer needs.
• Assist customers with directions and local information as needed.
• Handle reservations and inquiries via phone and in person.
• Ensure smooth rental and return processes with accurate documentation.
• Maintain punctual attendance and reliable performance.
