Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record (no more than 2 violations/accidents in 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle options.
• Identify customer needs and offer protection products, upgrades, or other services.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local area information for customers.
• Handle reservations and inquiries via phone or in person.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and perform related duties as assigned.
