Enterprise Mobility is hiring for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr at our Santa Ana, CA location. The role emphasizes high-level customer service, assisting both internal and external customers, and providing administrative support as a rental back-up in a busy branch or airport setting.

Qualifications

• Provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• 1 year of prior sales experience (retail, customer facing preferred).
• Requires valid driver’s license and ability to work a full-time 40-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Assist to assess rental needs and guide customers through terms and options.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Communicate rental terms and vehicle features clearly.
• May sell protection products, upgrades, and other equipment.
• Perform basic administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
