Job summary

National Car Rental at Albuquerque Airport is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to deliver friendly, efficient service and guide customers through rental terms and vehicle features. The role verifies driver information to ensure a smooth pickup and return experience.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of customer service experience, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Candidates must be able to work schedule listed in the job description.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other extras.
Assist customers with directions, maps, and local area information.
Answer inquiries and quotes via phone or in person; resolve issues as needed.
Assist with reservations and callback management as required.
Monitor vehicle check-in/out and report any issues to management.
Maintain attendance and punctuality; perform other duties as assigned.
