Job summary

National Car Rental in Anchorage, Alaska is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to greet customers, explain rental terms, and process transactions at ANC. This full-time role requires strong communication and a helpful attitude to ensure a smooth rental and return experience.

Responsibilities include offering protections and upgrades, answering reservations and questions, assisting with directions, and maintaining accurate driver information.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
• Valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years, and no DUI/DWI in past 5 years

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features
• Offer protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment
• Assist with directions and local information and answer reservations as needed
• Handle calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions with solutions
• Notify management of customer or vehicle issues and assist with maintenance notes
• Support on-call and backup duties as assigned
• Pursue on-the-job training and company-sponsored classroom training
